So you’ve been invited to a Thanksgiving dinner and you graciously accept. The proper thing to do is to dress appropriately and arrive on time. Once there, you should still observe etiquette. Spend some time and effort making your specialty. If you don’t have one or if the host would rather that your specialty doesn’t steal the show, go with something easy to make but goes well with the tradition. Slaws, for example, are always welcome additions to any party, particularly Thanksgiving.
