Gentleman Pirate Club is operated by Bentley Global Group, LLC. In these Terms, “Gentleman Pirate Club,” “GPC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bentley Global Group, LLC and the Gentleman Pirate Club brand. “Website” refers to gentlemanpirateclub.com and related pages we control. “You” and “your” refer to each visitor, customer, subscriber, or other user of the Website.
Our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Affiliate and Earnings Disclaimer, and any checkout, product, shipping, return, or other policies displayed on the Website are incorporated into these Terms where applicable. If a specific product or service has additional terms, those additional terms also apply to that product or service.
People of different ages may view GPC’s general informational and family-accessible content. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

GPC publishes general informational, educational, and entertainment content concerning preparedness, survival, homesteading, gardening, food, livestock, natural-remedy traditions, outdoor activities, tools, products, history, and related subjects. This content is not professional medical, legal, financial, veterinary, engineering, construction, emergency-response, or other specialized advice.
Some activities discussed on the Website involve inherent risks. You are responsible for evaluating your circumstances, obtaining appropriate professional guidance and training, following product instructions and official directions, complying with applicable laws, and using appropriate safety equipment and supervision. GPC may offer physical products, digital products, downloads, merchandise, books, guides, or other items through the Website. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory limitations, pricing or description errors, legal restrictions, or fulfillment issues.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted or shipped it. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion.
Prices, promotions, product availability, taxes, and shipping charges may change without notice. The price shown when an order is submitted generally applies to that order, subject to correction of obvious errors. You agree to provide accurate billing and transaction information and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout.
Transactions may be processed through WooCommerce and third-party payment providers such as Authorize.Net and Stripe. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices. We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.
Physical products may be produced, stored, shipped, or fulfilled by third parties, including print-on-demand and fulfillment providers such as Printify. Shipping dates and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carriers, weather, supply conditions, customs, address errors, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the terms displayed at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for reviewing any product-specific shipping, return, exchange, or replacement information before purchasing.
Digital products are licensed, not sold, for your personal, noncommercial use unless a separate written license states otherwise. You may not share, resell, redistribute, upload, copy for others, or use a digital product to create a competing or derivative commercial product without written permission.
Because digital products can ordinarily be accessed or downloaded immediately, all digital sales are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Any separate digital-product refund policy displayed on the Website also applies.
Return, exchange, cancellation, and refund rights for physical products are governed by the policy displayed with the product, at checkout, or in an applicable return or refund policy. Products supplied by a third-party retailer or marketplace are subject to that seller’s policies, and requests concerning those purchases must be directed to that seller.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item from a purchase processed directly through GPC, contact us promptly and provide the order information and reasonable documentation needed to review the request.
The Website may link to third-party retailers, marketplaces, service providers, social-media platforms, embedded media, courses, or other websites. Those third parties are independent from GPC. Their terms, policies, pricing, availability, representations, warranties, shipping, returns, and privacy practices govern your interaction with them.
We are not responsible for a third party’s website, content, acts, omissions, products, services, security, or business practices. A link does not by itself mean that we control or guarantee the third party.
Some GPC links are affiliate links, and some featured businesses may be GPC Trusted Partners or sponsors. We may receive a commission, product, service, or other compensation when you click a link, make a qualifying purchase, or take another qualifying action, at no additional cost to you.

If you subscribe to a GPC newsletter or submit a form, you agree that we may send the communications you requested. Newsletter and marketing communications may be delivered through a service provider such as MailerLite. You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message. We may still send non-promotional communications relating to a transaction or request you initiated.
You may not use our communication systems to send unsolicited messages, interfere with another subscriber, or provide an email address that you do not have authority to use.

If you voluntarily submit a comment, review, testimonial, photograph, message, idea, or other material to GPC, you represent that you own or control the necessary rights and that the submission does not violate any law or another person’s rights.
You retain ownership of your original submission. You grant GPC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, publish, and share the submission as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote GPC and the context in which you submitted it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPC, Bentley Global Group, LLC, and their affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct for which GPC is legally responsible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any court proceeding arising from these Terms or the Website must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Snohomish County, Washington, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction. This section does not limit any consumer right to bring a claim in another forum when applicable law does not permit that right to be waived.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, products, services, business practices, or legal requirements. The revised Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. We will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
